METHODS TO MAKE CHOCOLATE

Step 1

Double boil the milk and dark chocolate separately and let them cool.

Step 2

Pour the melted chocolates in two separate piping bags and let them cool.

Step 3

Take raisins and nuts and mix them well with honey.

Step 4

Pour a milk chocolate layer in the mould and tap so that the chocolate spreads well.

Step 5

Using a paint brush spread the chocolate around and clean the edges with a tissue.

Step 6

Set the mold for three minutes in the refrigerator.

Step 7

Bring out the cooled chocolate, put the dry fruits filling and fill the rest with dark chocolate.

Step 8

Tap the mould again to evenly spread the chocolate and let it set in the refrigerator for about six minutes.

Step 9

Get them out of the moulds and decorate as you wish.
